- 1lb ground sirloin
- 1lb lean steak, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp parika
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 (15oz) can tomatoes diced with chilies
- 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 (15oz) cans red beans
Serve with rice, tortilla chips or saltine crackers, if desired.
