Pork Stir Fry

  • 1lb lean boneless pork
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 (10oz) pkg stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds – optional

Cut pork into 1/4 inch strips. Marinate for 15 minutes in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Heat vegetable oil in skillet. Add pork and stir fry over high heat until no longer pink. Add frozen vegetables and water. Stir well, cover and steam for 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
