Easy Chicken Nuggets

  • 2lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 oz buttery crackers

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper, coat with mayonnaise. Grind crackers into fine crumbs and place in a large zippered plastic bag. Add chicken to bag and shake until all pieces are well coated. Place chicken in a single layer onto a large cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Serves: 4-6
