1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
3/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbls. olive oil
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 Tbls. fresh dill, chopped
more kosher salt, to taste, for the dressing
freshly cracked black pepper
Serves 3-4 as a side
